  • We do not offer returns or refunds.
  • Only exchange requests are accepted.
  • Exchange requests must be raised within 5 days of product delivery.
  • To request an exchange, customers must contact our customer support team via WhatsApp or email.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • Customers must share order details and clear product images while requesting an exchange.

Conditions for Exchange

Products will only be eligible for exchange if:

  • The item is unused and unwashed
  • Original tags and packaging are intact
  • The product is not damaged due to customer use
  • The exchange request is raised within the allowed timeline

Non-Eligible Exchange Cases

Exchange requests will not be accepted for:

  • Used, washed, or damaged products
  • Requests made after 5 days of delivery
  • Minor color variations caused by lighting or screen differences
  • Slight measurement variations within standard tolerance
  • Orders placed during special clearance or final sale offers (if mentioned)

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact customer support within 48 hours of delivery with proper images and unboxing proof for faster resolution.

Shipping for Exchange

  • Customers may be required to pay reverse shipping or re-shipping charges depending on the exchange case and service availability.
  • Exchange processing may take 5–10 business days after product pickup or delivery confirmation.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders once placed may not be cancelled after dispatch.
  • Prepaid order refunds are not applicable as we only provide exchanges.
